What I do know: you don't need to program. At all. Zero code. If you know how to use a computer and explain what you want in words, you'll probably manage.

But: there is a software setup process that can be a bit frustrating. Without it you won't be able to work during the workshop. Expect about 30-60 minutes of prep, with a detailed step-by-step guide.

The workshop is hands-on. There will also be work afterwards to teach your team exactly what you want. The slides are in English, and so are some of the files.

It's not as easy as watching a lecture. It's not as easy as typing into a chat. But hundreds of people have completed the workshop successfully and started building amazing things the very next day.

No code knowledge needed. But investment is required: there's an architecture to learn and a new mindset to adopt.

If you're looking for a magic solution, sorry, better to look for it elsewhere.

But... hundreds of people have gone through the workshop and started building amazing things within 24 hours.

Most of the work: chatting with Claude and organizing files. No code. No programming. You do need courage, curiosity and an open mind.

You'll get organized files and the whole method, but there will be additional work after the workshop to make your new team work exactly the way you want.

Not a magic solution. But after a bit of investment? It really starts to feel magical.

There's half an hour (maybe an hour) of installations and copy-paste. There's a detailed step-by-step guide.

Understand this: the workshop is two and a half hours, and every minute builds on the previous one. If you arrive without the installations, you can stay, listen, learn, and get all the materials. You just won't be able to practice with us in real time.

In that case there's no refund and no free transfer to another date. The reason is simple: the prep is your responsibility, and I give you all the tools and guides in advance so we can hit the ground running together.

The guide itself? Help and enrichment. If you get stuck on setup: your company's IT, a technical friend, or a personal computer. I'm not tech support, I'm a person on Zoom :)

The workshop is a small group with limited seats. When someone doesn't show up at the last minute, that's a seat we couldn't give to someone else who wanted in. That's the only consideration behind the policy below.

First, the reassuring part: if we cancel (illness, force majeure, low registration): full refund or a free transfer to the next date, your choice. You don't pay for things outside your control. Period.

Up to 2 business days before the workshop: cancel without drama. Cancellation fee of 5% or 100 ILS, whichever is lower (that's the law). You can also switch dates for free, subject to availability.

Within 2 business days before the workshop (including no-shows): no refund and no free transfer. Sorry about this line, but it exists exactly for the reason above.

Still want to switch dates at the last minute? We'll try to help: 50% of the original ticket price, subject to seat availability. It's not a fine, it's a way to respect the people who did show up.

Another difference: I don't teach theory. I built this team for myself, to run my entire business. What I teach in the workshop is exactly what runs on my machine. Not slides about trends and new features.

כנראה מתקדם מדי אם: אתם כבר מנהלים אייג׳נטס עם Claude Code על בסיס יומי, כותבים CLAUDE.md ועפים על עשרות הסקילס שהתקנתם.

לדעתי תמיד אפשר ללמוד עוד (אינסופי העולם הזה) אבל הנה הזהרתי :)Depends what "advanced" means for you.

The workshop is for you if: you use ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude almost daily and get good results, but you haven't built a team that works independently, remembers you, and produces deliverables without you steering every conversation from scratch.

Probably too advanced if: you already manage agents with Claude Code daily, write CLAUDE.md files, and fly through the dozens of skills you've installed.

In my view there's always more to learn (this world is endless), but hey, I warned you :)

If one of these is the most important thing for you right now, the workshop is probably not the right thing at this stage.
