אנחנו ב-agents&me (להלן: "האתר") מאמינים שהאינטרנט צריך להיות נגיש לכולם. אנחנו פועלים להנגיש את האתר בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח-1998, ולתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013.

At agents&me (the "Site") we believe the internet should be accessible to everyone. We work to make the Site accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (חוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח-1998) and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Services) (תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013).

האתר נבנה ומתוחזק בהתאם לתקן הישראלי ת"י 5568, ברמת AA, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.1 של ארגון W3C.

The Site is built and maintained in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568 (ת"י 5568) at level AA, which is based on the W3C WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

• An alt attribute on every image on the Site, without exception
• A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page
• Forms with linked labels, required-field marking, and automatic focus on errors
• Support for prefers-reduced-motion to disable animations
• Full RTL (right-to-left) support for Hebrew
• Responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop
• HTTPS enforcement with HSTS

• ניווט במקלדת בלבד: רכיבים סטנדרטיים נבדקו ועובדים. רכיבים מורכבים (בורר תאריך, חלונות פופ-אפ, נגן וידאו משובץ) טרם עברו בדיקת מקלדת מקיפה. מתוכננת בדיקה מלאה ברבעון השני 2026.
• ניגודיות צבעים: טקסט ראשי עומד ביחס של 4.5:1 ומעלה. טקסטים משניים בגווני אפור טרם עברו ביקורת ניגודיות מלאה.
• פוקוס ויזואלי: פוקוס ברירת מחדל של הדפדפן מופעל. עיצוב פוקוס מותאם-מותג מתוכנן ברבעון השני 2026.
• הגדלת טקסט עד 200%: רוב העמוד תומך, חלק מהאלמנטים בעמדה קבועה (פופ-אפ יציאה, באנר עוגיות) טרם נבדקו בזום מלא.

• Keyboard-only navigation: standard components have been tested and work. Complex components (date picker, pop-up windows, embedded video player) have not yet undergone comprehensive keyboard testing. A full audit is planned for Q2 2026.
• Color contrast: primary text meets a ratio of 4.5:1 or higher. Secondary gray-toned text has not yet undergone a full contrast audit.
• Visible focus: the browser's default focus indicator is enabled. Brand-styled focus design is planned for Q2 2026.
• Text resizing up to 200%: most of the page supports it; some fixed-position elements (exit pop-up, cookie banner) have not yet been tested at full zoom.

Known Accessibility Gaps

בהתאם לדרישת התקנות, אנחנו מצהירים בשקיפות על פערי נגישות שטרם תוקנו:

As required by the regulations, we transparently declare accessibility gaps that have not yet been fixed:

• סרטוני וידאו משובצים מ-YouTube: חלק מהסרטונים אינם כוללים כתוביות מלאות בעברית. אנחנו פועלים להוסיף כתוביות לכלל הסרטונים. עד אז, ניתן להפעיל כתוביות אוטומטיות באמצעות נגן YouTube.
• תמונות עיצוב נושאיות: חלק מהתמונות הקישוטיות מסומנות כ-decorative ואינן מוקראות לקורא מסך. זוהי התנהגות תקנית לתמונות ללא תוכן מילולי.
• טקסט חלופי על תמונות תוכן (פער פעיל): לכל התמונות באתר יש תג alt, אבל בחלק מתמונות התוכן ותמונות הפרופיל התג ריק, כך שקורא מסך מדלג עליהן במקום לתאר אותן. רצועות הלוגו מסומנות נכון כקישוטיות. אנחנו מתקנים את זה לפי סדר: קודם תמונות של אנשים, אחר כך תמונות מאמרים. עדכנו את הסעיף הזה ביולי 2026 אחרי שבדיקה פנימית מצאה שההצהרה הקודמת כאן הייתה גורפת מדי.
• אפקטים אנימציה: האתר כולל אנימציות עדינות בכניסה לעמוד. משתמשים שהגדירו "prefers-reduced-motion" בדפדפן יקבלו חוויה ללא אנימציות.

• Embedded YouTube videos: some videos do not include full Hebrew captions. We are working to add captions to all videos. Until then, automatic captions can be enabled in the YouTube player.
• Decorative theme images: some decorative images are marked as decorative and are not read aloud by screen readers. This is standard-compliant behavior for images with no textual content.
• Alt text on content images (active gap): every image on the Site has an alt attribute, but on some content and profile images the attribute is empty, so a screen reader skips them instead of describing them. Logo strips are correctly marked as decorative. We are fixing this in order: images of people first, then article images. We updated this section in July 2026 after an internal audit found the previous statement here was too sweeping.
• Animation effects: the Site includes subtle page-entry animations. Users who set "prefers-reduced-motion" in their browser get an animation-free experience.

תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), תשע"ג-2013, מחייבות מינוי רכז נגישות בארגונים המעסיקים 25 עובדים ומעלה. agents&me הוא עסק יחיד (עוסק מורשה ללא עובדים) ולפיכך לא חלה עליו חובת מינוי רכז נגישות פורמלי. עם זאת, מתוך מחויבות לעקרון השוויון, מונה איש קשר ייעודי לטיפול בפניות נגישות:

The Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Services), 2013, require the appointment of an accessibility coordinator in organizations employing 25 or more people. agents&me is a sole proprietorship (a licensed dealer with no employees), so the formal obligation to appoint an accessibility coordinator does not apply to it. Nevertheless, out of commitment to the principle of equality, a dedicated contact person has been appointed to handle accessibility inquiries:

Physical Accessibility of the Business

agents&me הוא עסק דיגיטלי הפועל מרחוק. כל הסדנאות הציבוריות מתקיימות ב-Zoom. סדנאות B2B מתקיימות במשרדי הלקוח. אין לעסק משרד פיזי הפתוח לקהל הרחב.

agents&me is a digital business operating remotely. All public workshops take place on Zoom. B2B workshops take place at the client's offices. The business has no physical office open to the general public.

פלטפורמת Zoom תומכת בכלי נגישות הכוללים: כתוביות אוטומטיות בזמן אמת, התאמות לקוראי מסך, וניווט במקלדת בלבד. משתתפים שזקוקים להתאמה מיוחדת בסדנה מוזמנים לפנות אלינו מראש.

The Zoom platform supports accessibility tools including real-time automatic captions, screen reader accommodations, and keyboard-only navigation. Participants who need a special accommodation in a workshop are welcome to contact us in advance.

בדיקת הנגישות האחרונה של האתר בוצעה בתאריך: 24 באפריל 2026. אנחנו עורכים בדיקה תקופתית כל רבעון, ובכל פעם שאנחנו מבצעים שינוי משמעותי באתר.
